As a consumer you can declare your withdrawal directly online here — fill in the details and confirm with “Withdraw now”. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately on this page and additionally by email.

Please note: for individually customised products (own designs, texts or artwork) the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded — our voluntary return option applies instead. Both are explained in section 9 of our terms.
